These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Rizelex Academy website, enquiry process, demo sessions, course enrolment, payments, and learning services. By using our website, contacting us, booking a demo, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. About Rizelex Academy

Rizelex Academy provides practical Digital Marketing + AI training in Vadodara through offline small-batch sessions, mentoring, assignments, and learning support.

2. Course information

We try to keep all course details accurate and updated. However, course content, duration, batch timing, fee, assignments, tools, and structure may change based on the selected program, batch availability, learner level, or practical requirements.

Final course details will be confirmed before enrolment.

3. Free demo

The free demo is offered to help you understand the course, teaching style, batch format, fees, and suitability before joining.

Attending a demo does not guarantee admission, seat availability, discounts, or any specific batch timing.

4. Enrolment and seat confirmation

Your enrolment is confirmed only after:

  • Required details are shared
  • Applicable course fee or booking amount is paid
  • Payment is confirmed by Rizelex Academy
  • Batch availability is confirmed

Seats are limited because we run small batches for personal attention.

5. Fees and payments

Course fees vary depending on the selected program, batch, duration, offer, and learning path. The applicable fee will be clearly shared before payment.

Payments may be accepted through authorised payment gateways, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

If EMI or instalment options are offered through a payment partner, the terms, interest, charges, approval, rejection, and repayment schedule are controlled by the payment partner or finance provider.

6. Learner responsibility

To get proper value from the course, learners are expected to:

  • Attend sessions regularly
  • Inform us in advance if they cannot attend
  • Complete assignments and practice work
  • Ask doubts during or after sessions
  • Use tools and platforms responsibly
  • Maintain respectful behaviour with mentors and other learners

Learning results depend heavily on consistency, practice, attention, and personal effort.

7. Missed sessions and rescheduling

If a learner misses a session, Rizelex Academy may provide reasonable support such as summary guidance, assignment clarification, or adjustment where possible.

However, repeated absences, irregular attendance, or lack of practice may affect learning outcomes. Batch rescheduling is subject to mentor availability and batch feasibility.

8. No guarantee of income, job, clients, or business results

Rizelex Academy teaches practical skills and provides guidance. We do not guarantee:

  • Income
  • Job placement
  • Freelancing clients
  • Business growth
  • Ad results
  • Social media growth
  • Leads or sales
  • Any fixed outcome after course completion

Any examples, discussions, case studies, or practical exercises are for educational purposes.

9. Tools, ads, and third-party platforms

The course may involve third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WhatsApp, AI tools, websites, analytics tools, or payment platforms.

These platforms may change their features, pricing, rules, access, or policies at any time. Rizelex Academy is not responsible for third-party platform changes, account restrictions, ad disapprovals, tool limitations, or external costs.

Any ad spend, paid tools, domain, hosting, software subscription, or third-party charges are separate from the course fee unless clearly stated in writing.

10. Course materials and intellectual property

Course notes, assignments, presentations, templates, examples, recordings, worksheets, and training materials shared by Rizelex Academy are for personal learning only.

You may not copy, resell, upload, publicly share, reproduce, or distribute our course materials without written permission.

11. Respectful conduct

We reserve the right to pause or discontinue access to the course if a learner behaves disrespectfully, misuses materials, causes disturbance, violates academy rules, or engages in misconduct.

In such cases, refund eligibility will be decided according to our Refund Policy.

12. Website content

The content on this website is for general information and course enquiry purposes. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, error-free, or current.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizelex Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, business loss, opportunity loss, ad spend loss, platform issues, or third-party service issues.
