Rizelex Academy provides offline training and learning services. We currently do not sell or ship physical products through this website.
1. No physical shipping
There is no physical shipping involved for our main services. Course delivery happens through:
- Offline classroom sessions at our Vadodara studio
- In-person mentoring and practical guidance
- Digital communication through WhatsApp, email, or other learning support channels
- Digital notes, assignments, links, or resources where applicable
2. No shipping charges
Since we do not ship physical products as part of the regular course enrolment, no shipping charges apply.
3. Course access and delivery
After payment and enrolment confirmation, batch details, timing, and course-related information will be shared through WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person.
Course materials may be shared gradually during the course based on the learning schedule and batch progress.
4. Certificates or printed materials
If any certificate, printed material, workbook, or physical item is provided, it will generally be given in person at the academy.
If courier delivery is requested by a learner and accepted by Rizelex Academy, courier charges, delivery method, and timeline will be communicated separately.
