Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for demo bookings, course enrolments, seat bookings, and payments made to Rizelex Academy.

1. Free demo

Our demo session is free. No payment is required to attend a free demo unless clearly communicated otherwise in writing.

2. Course fee and seat booking

Course enrolment or seat reservation may require full payment, partial payment, or a booking amount.

The applicable fee, payment structure, batch details, and refund terms will be shared before enrolment.

3. Refund before course start

A refund request may be considered if:

  • The learner has paid the course fee or booking amount, and
  • The request is made before the first paid course session starts, and
  • The learner has not attended any paid session or accessed substantial course material.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

4. Refund after course start

Once the learner has attended the first paid session, joined the batch, or accessed course materials, the course fee is generally non-refundable.

This is because seats are limited, batch planning is done in advance, and mentor time is reserved for the learner.

5. Academy cancellation or non-availability

If Rizelex Academy cancels a batch, cannot provide the course, or cannot offer a suitable alternative batch, the learner may choose:

  • Full refund of the amount paid, or
  • Transfer to another available batch, or
  • Adjustment against another suitable program, if available.

6. Duplicate or excess payment

If a duplicate payment or excess payment is received by mistake, we will verify the transaction and process a refund or adjustment.

7. Instalments and EMI

If payment is made through EMI, loan, pay-later, or any third-party finance/payment partner, refund handling may also depend on that provider’s rules.

Rizelex Academy is not responsible for interest, processing fees, late fees, finance charges, or EMI-related charges applied by third-party payment or finance providers.

8. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • Learner changes their mind after the course starts
  • Learner does not attend regularly
  • Learner does not complete assignments
  • Learner expected guaranteed income, job, clients, leads, or business results
  • Learner is unable to continue due to personal reasons after batch commencement
  • Learner is removed due to misconduct or misuse of course materials
  • Third-party tools, ad accounts, AI tools, or platforms change their rules or access

9. Refund process

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Learner name
  • Phone number
  • Payment date
  • Amount paid
  • Payment reference / transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request

10. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after verification. Actual credit time may depend on the bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, card issuer, or finance/payment partner.

11. Final decision

All refund requests will be reviewed fairly based on payment status, batch status, attendance, course access, and the terms shared before enrolment.
